Rental duration
Apartments on our website are available for short and long term rentals.
Long term rentals from 6 months +
Short term rentals from 45 days +
Panama Law 80 (2012) prohibits the renting of apartments in Panama City for less than 45 days. Law 80 (2012) only prohibits short-term rentals in the Capital city.
Panama Home realty only offers short-term rentals starting from 45 days +

Disclaimer
Exclusively Panama is a duly licensed real estate company based out of Panama City in the Republic of Panama. We represent properties throughout the 9 provinces of the republic.
We work on a commission basis, paid by the seller. Our commissions are generally 5%, though in the case of very rurally located, or hard to get to properties, we will charge a higher percentage to cover the expenses of representing and showing said properties accordingly. Commissions are only paid upon sale of properties in which we introduce the buyer.
Projects and Developments
Exclusively Panama may offer Residential Developments and Pre-construction Projects for sale from time to time. Please note that Exclusively Panama will not be held accountable for any type of changes that may occur during the acquisition of any development or project including, but not limited to, change of prices, change of floor plans and date of completion.
